Rev Mike and Susan Buckley
Mike has worked full time for CBM since 2000 and he is the Director of the organization.
He is a life minister of children and family and has served in a pastoral capacity for 19 years in the local church. Mike is passionate about seeing what God does in the lives of children at our holiday camps and he also loves seeing leaders grow in their capacity to teach children after attending our training.
Susan, his wife, has a background as a chartered accountant and is currently looking after our day to day accounts. Mike and Susan have 5 children.
Ian Fletcher
Ian first trained with CBM in 1997 and stayed on to help us with administration. Ian and his wife Yvonne then went on to serve as Children and Family Pastors for 8 years in a church in Papakura.
Ian became our operations manager in 2006. He takes care of the day to day administration of our book shop and busy international headquarters in Auckland. Ian is also passionate about working alongside all the children at Camp Raglan through our various activities. Ian has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
Bill and Jean Morley
Bill and Jean have been in the organization since it was founded by Charles and Beryl McRae in 1963.
Since handing over the leadership of the organization to Mike Buckley,
Bill has now retired but is a great prayer support in the background.
Jean the story teller, does some of the teaching in camp, speaks in schools and has done a lot of overseas travel conducting training for children’s workers in Asia and Africa.
Todd and Donna Funk
As part of their ministry missionary portfolio, Todd and Donna have given their ministry time to CBM since 2008.
Todd and Donna both serve as teacher trainers, bible in schools teachers and teaching in Holiday camps.
Donna also does the graphic work for CBM.
Lyn Anderson
Lyn’s role at CBM includes writing curriculum for 3-6 year old children and training teachers to effectively disciple children of all ages in the Lord.
She is passionate about giving children the opportunity to know Jesus while they are young. From her own experience she knows the huge effect this can have on their future.
Lyn is married with 3 adult children and a growing family of grandchildren
Judy Collingwood
Judy has worked with us for most of her working life. She currently works as our Secretary. Judy loves being involved with our holiday camps and training days and is a great registrar.
Yan Ng
Yan trained at CBM in 2003. She has been involved in after school programs, Raglan holiday camps and Bible in schools. Yan is our Funding Co-ordinator and helps run training seminars with the CBM teaching team in Chinese speaking churches.
Robin Verral
Robyn is not always seen but is an important part of the team, working on collating curriculum and lessons for overseas orders as well as making up curriculum and lesson packs for the shop. She also helps with the processing and pricing of incoming stock.
